Runner Status Updates

Whenever your Runner performs an action it MUST be updated here by you! When your Runner heals, eats, drinks, fights, etc anything and everything except death must be updated here.

Helpful Notes:
Every backpack or sack that a Runner has adds +5 slots to their Total Slots.
First Aid which all Runners can use subtracts 15 damage and can be used once after every fight. First aid is the only healing option which can be stacked, example: Person 1 uses First Aid on themselves and then their whole alliances uses First Aid on Person 1 as well.
Medicinal Plants Bundle subtracts ten damage but only one bundle can be used per day.
First Aid Kits(Not necessary for generic first aid) are made up of 3 bandage rolls which can be used once after every fight one roll at a time for -10 damage, and two needles with thread to be used once after every fight for -20 damage. 2 needles= two uses, 3 rolls = 3 uses
Runners have 4 days before they need to eat, if they don't eat 40 damage is applied to the Runner. If they go another day without food 80 damage. A third day results in starvation.
Runners have 3 days to drink and then it follows the same rules as eating.
