The Gold Path

Healthy, thriving elm trees occupy this path, with far more room spacing between them. A couple of yards past the blooming nature however, towering brick walls refrain any from straying far from the path. The gentle kiss of a summer’s breeze comforts the visitors of this journey, though the darkness of the moon’s hours still forever reigns above. A faint aroma of porridge cradles the Runners' senses of smell, nearly forcing all to venture closer. Although peace comforts the atmosphere, should safety truly be felt?
