It is currently July within the restrictions of Panem. All over the districts summer winds from the brutal heat of the midyear makes living rather hard for just about anyone. However the needed supplies by the Capitol only seem to be rising along with the rising temperature.

The Silver Passage

There is a sense of doom and devastation clinging to the air as you dock. Buildings broken and destroyed loom high in towers before you, bigger than even those of the Capitol. Alas, nothing moves only a world of silence and mystery is before you. Why is such a stunning place so beaten and broken? You have little time to wonder before the huge towering skyscrapers engulf you as the walls to this city maze.
