A very tiny girl, even at birth, Cecilia has never let that stop her. Long, dark chestnut hair cascades down evenly around her pale, thin face. Lanky, thin legs make up most of her height at five-two and she stands just two inches shorter than her little brother that is two years her junior. Almond shaped eyes peirce into the souls of anyone she meets with a meek demeanor and an angelic smile. She doesn't look like that much of a fighter due to her sweet nature and thin arms, but her confidence usually makes up for more than that.

Strangely, this little girl is one heck of a spirited champion. However, she is fearful when it comes to the maze. A dream book is kept near her bed to write in it every time she has a dream. Her bible, of sorts, to unlock the door into her own life around her. Everything she experiences means so many things and to know what's going on from within her is like unlocking a secret about herself she didn't know. With such an overactive imagination, at night, she is usually plaged with night terrors that have reoccurred for the past two years. The only solice she finds is in the delicate glow of the moon. She finds her peace when she writes about her vivid dreams as if they were really happening to her. When the moon does not appear, Ceclila is found to be bathed in light while she sleeps.

Cecilia Isalee Brontz was born to her parents at a young age. Both, barely 18, they had a difficult pregnancy with her and she was born several weeks early. Premature and tiny, she thrived on the love that her parents gave her, willing her to live and she was quite a fighter. Surviving, she grew up with the knowledge that she held more bravery than anyone they ever knew. The years went by, and one by one, she was blessed with brother after brother until a few months ago, she was blessed with her first little sister that she named Lotus. However, her seemingly perfect life among district two was savagely ripped away from her, tearing her family apart. Her two youngest brothers, along with her parents, parished among the flames of their small home. Orphaned, She and her little sister, Lotus, and her oldest brother Jake, have yet to find a permanent home to reside in, causing dismay to her, otherwise, normal happy self.
