Ancient Ice Temple
Morning breeds a scent of danger as an odd smell ventures through the Maze. Caution becomes a common focus as you and your band of allies venture down a very narrow snow path. For a while the snow wall surrounding you only seems to keep reaching more and more for the sky. However, eventually the walls stop growing as they deliver you to your destination. Before you stands a temple fully constructed of ice undoubtedly teeming with secrets and horrors. Yet before you even have a chance to rethink your directional decisions the snowy walls collapse on the path leaving you with only one option. Enter the temple.

As you selected you have journeyed right with your allies and have come across your second area in the Maze. An Ancient Ice Temple filled with secrets lurking within its icy chambers, including the ones you will soon be unraveling. Please remember that the remainder of your Maze Running journey will take place entirely in this board. Only will you be permitted to post in a new thread for the following reasons: Death Posts/Threads, and/or the Final Hallway{Maze Makers will start this one}.
Task Number One
As the snow settles behind you an eerie moaning fills the air of the surrounded Ice Temple. Suddenly blue markings etched into the icy walls flash like beacons. Banshee screams fill your ears in response as an obelisk rises out of the highest point of the temple. Once frozen again in position the obelisk emits a massive blue light wave around the entire Maze. The snow beneath your feet gives way as you are sent skidding through an ice slide... alone. When you finally stop sliding you slam into an icy room within the temple, one with no doors or windows. On the walls the same blue markings continue to flash and in the center a statue's eyes ignite with blue light. That's when the statue begins to move towards you, forming a frozen weapon matching your own. As the statue grows closer to you a single phrase continuously whispers from every direction. Blood is the sacrifice.
Your first task objective is to defeat the Ice Wraith Knight.
