Dusk eventually falls over the seemingly endless day and the never ending rivers of red. Snows fueled by ferocious winds leave any Runners without a blanket shivering through the short night. However, once night has truly fallen over the eerily silent and enclosed Maze a breathtaking Aura dances through the sky. Among the colorful sky little lights seem to be dancing freely as though they were alive... Sadly, this beauty is ended by the dreadful sound of the nation's national anthem while images of the slaughtered are displayed within the wavering bands of color.

The faces bring forth fresh emotions to the minds watching as the three recently departed bid the Maze one final ado. With three days in the Maze now over a total of 14 Runners lie dead leaving the remaining 10 to question what was waiting for them. Soon darkness returns as the colors and the music fade leaving nothing but ice and radiation to comfort the survivors. If there was one thing Day Three had taught it was to fear what tomorrow could bring along with what lurks within the mysteries of the Maze.
As the bleak morning sun just barely breaks through the storm clouds over the snowy landscape, the sound of rumbling roars through the air. However, this time it is not the sound of frightful grievers but massive amounts of snow rushing towards the Runners as avalanches. Clearly the earthquakes which had been constant through the night loosened the already loose world. As the Runners scramble to find safety the sound of metallic gears cranking along fill their ears. All around them Ski lifts rise from the snow leaving them with just one option, board them. The only question was to where? All over the Maze these ski lifts were heading to the same place... why?
Meanwhile, in the safety and luxury of the gleaming Capitol, celebrations of this year's Maze Running are in full swing. However, the most important piece of the Capitol's festivities lies in its center surrounded by massive televisions displaying the Running. Twelve Braziers with uniquely colored flames and numbers stand in a perfect circle for all to see as a physical representation of the competing Districts. Currently though the Districts Five, Six, Eight, Nine, Ten, and Twelves' braziers are completely devoid of flames due to both of their Runners' deaths. Further more the Districts One and Seven braziers are only half as lit as they once were to represent the death of one of their Runners. As for Districts Two, Three, Four, and Eleven they remain fully lit and gloriously burning as both of their Runners remain alive within the Maze's walls.
Congratulations on making it to Day 4 Runners! As you are all aware by reading this the Maze has now forced you all to a designated area. Below is listed all the various things/challenges your Runners will face when first entering the area of the Maze you have been sent. Also please note this thread will be started by a Maze Maker so please withhold from posting prior to these posts.
