Darkness swirls across the Nursery of Brooklyn’s chambers, though not by choice. Lights have been refused upon the District tonight. Yet I don’t discover an itch to mind. With mine & my daughter’s new home being located to my Girlfriend’s house, I can’t care for anything more then them. “Sweet dreams, Baby girl.” I sooth her slumbering frame, at least knowing she’s escaped from the blackness of the Panem. Her calm breathing informs me of so, and with that I escape to join Kyanite’s side.

“What was it that you needed to tell me, Beautiful?” Is questioned, while I lean against the doorframe to our room. Cautiously I further to be by her frigid stature, and encircle her into my comfort. What she has to announce fears me, while I have to remain confident in our stance.

Impatiently I wait for the information, desperate for reassurance. “I’m…” What is it? Please don’t break to me a loss of love for me. “I’m…pregnant.” Her words tumble upon me. Suddenly our family has grown. My eyes widen in a baffled response, slight disbelief invading me. Then automatically my mouth arches in approval, satisfied by the unpredictable news.

My lips clash into hers passionately, illustrating my acceptance in this. “That’s…” My reaction is cut, as chaos unexpectedly floods into the room. Sentinels endanger our existence, the new formation developing within Ky, and I won’t stand for such. Protectively I position myself before my breathtaking Redhead, unwilling to allow them to touch her. But they seek no interest in her, as they solely restrain me from her potential comfort.

“Don’t!” I embark to warn them to not harm my girl, while they only capture me for their claim. What’s going on? It’s been months since I’ve ignited such that would deserve arrest. Though here they are, securing my wrists from escape and hauling me from my love. “Kyanite! I love you!” Tears jolt upon my eyes as I promise her. A bag secludes my face and I’m wisped away from my three hearts and towards the unknown…

Just another day of life. Time passes slowly as I stare out the window of the house I'm trapped in. Stars twinkle brightly in the sky. Lights flicker through the room, and inside a small fire dances in the fireplace. Father doesn't care about me, yet I've never had a father, just a man who swears up and down he loves me, but I am nothing to him. Every single day of my life he tells me how terrible I truly am - he just doesn't want to accept that I am better than him. I'm better than everyone around, and I live to prove it. It's never my fault when I lose. It's the weapons fault. Never my own. Father slips off to bed, and I sneak over to the fire putting it out, yet the lights in the kitchen flicker on and off. Something is wrong, but it doesn't phase me. The fire is out, and I'm heading to bed until the lights go out. And it's not just in the house. Lights everywhere are out, and it's dark. I swear the stars aren't even shining anymore. But somewhere inside the house, I hear someone falling over - oh wait, that's me. I laugh slightly as I push a chair out of the way barely catching myself. Darkness devours my soul. Crawling across my skin when something, no someone, grabs my hands knocking me further to the ground. "Just wait until my father hears about this!" I shout for a moment, but it's too late. A bag is placed over my head, and my hands are shackled together. And this is how I die.
