Welcome to the circle of trust {Purple Coral Forest}

As the runners flee into the Purple Coral Forest constant and sudden jagged edges of coral lie viciously in their way forcing them up above the coral. However, once they reach the top of forest on its highest landing stands an eerie circle of statues. Every Runner in the Maze is in the circle hands linked. In the circles center a ring with a massive diamond sits within the palm of a statue's hand jutting from among the coral's cracks. Do you are to take the ring?

Each runner who flees will see this and have the opportunity to take it in this order per fleeing order.

Fauna notices it. Swims up to it. Touches it and enjoys is beauty. She glances to Kraygon then lets her fingers encircle it. She attempts to pull it to her possession.

(She takes it)

Upon placing the ring upon her finger Fauna suddenly feels it clench hard upon her finger. Pain engulfs her body and in horror she witnesses stone growing over her skin until it finally covers her entirely. Inside she remains alive but frozen in stone and in time. In response to this tragedy the stone hand grabs her and pulls her into the mysteries of the coral reef. Where are they taking her? How can she be saved? 

Fauna Hayden is still alive but inactive until a later point in the Maze.
