    Its odd, while sleep succumbs to my stiffened senses. I swear a sense of swaying, uneasy drifting is pulling at my skin. I'm lost at sea... I'm lost at sea! I awaken from the darkness of my dream only to find the sickening spell to be true. My skin grows as cold as ice not because of the girl in front of me but because of the absence of Lyra by my side.
