The gleam of of survival itself reside within her protection. The crafts of blades to destroy one’s foes. The glossiness of shields to protect one’s physical being. The ones themselves that slumber in rest, while a sole one guards them from potential threats creeping within the mist of the sea. She pertains her shift of sheltering all such things pridefully, like a Mother protecting the innocent Offsprings she cares deeply for. And when a single unknown Soul lingers within her sight, she’s immediate to indulge her attention upon this daring intruder.

“No one said you may enter this way!” She screeches, automatically clawing her divine nails in the Trespasser’s direction.

    Were the tides really in my favor, or were they fictionally fickle with their affection? Was it fate that had me handed into the palms of Twelve or was it nothing more than a Maze Maker's pick? My stomach slightly spurs in a sickening spin, a thought, treacherous as the seas around me pulls at my soul. Was I brought forth from birth to bloom in this blood? Was this where I was meant to spend my life? Was it the reason I swam in the streams of my parents' blood? Maybe they were watching me right now, looking to see how their daughter left alive in the wake of their devastating deaths was handling the horrors she has seen before. Or maybe they weren't. Maybe their just lost a drift darkness while dreaming of nothing. I prefer to keep playing my games than finding out for myself.

    With the daunting daybreak I spend another night adrift alone, back into the skin I've been hidden in before. Out there in the depths he was swimming, fighting, or he could be dying. Its all too much to handle before my fear threats to furrow frailness into my nature. Alas, if there is anything I'm not its frail, sure I'm fractured fragments being pulled by the passive plight of the ocean's arms but I'm still sharp. Broken bottles are always the more dangerous ones after all.

    Seductive shadows spread across skin. Luxury lifts towards the sea's sky gold glinting in the gilded crest of the sun's crown. Its a palace perfectly provided for my taking, perfect for a Queen. Yet a fight has to be fought before victory may befall my shoulders. I pull my sword from its sheath and summon my servant. This city is going to crumble at Cassandra Crusader's divine crusade for victory. 

    "This is no way to treat your future Queen."

A sadistic laughter rumbles through her throat continuously, transferring only slightly with a hue of screeching as damage from the Intruder & it’s pet carve slices against her skin. “Cute little thing like yourself? Foolish Child, you’ll never a Queen!” Her laughter continues, swarming the entrance like a maddened bee protecting it’s hive. The blood seeping from her divine exterior is mediocre compared to the damage she craves to ignite - and without a second of patients, she strikes again.

    Its amusing the way the world warps its perception of those they see as puny. So what if I'm short and small, their underestimation of my abilities only leads to their deaths. Yet still the Maze Makers continue to pull the constant plot back to how I am unworthy, as if. What Maze have they been watching? I've killed, I've come alive in these waters and somehow they still don't see the demon drilling into their creations. I'm through with playing the smaller part, being the quiet girl with murdered parents. I'm the murderer now, and this creature will become my message to the world watching...

Demands creep within her senses. And soon a bite follows the bark, even It’s pet follows suit in the attempt to illustrate It’s point. Even as more redness seeps from her pristine appearance, she does not cower to such actions. This Youngster will not prove it’s point until Amethyst has crumbled to the sand below, to never return. A sigh of pity taunts from her lips. “Truly, you’re adorable. Who placed such foolish ideas into that petite mind of yours?” She questions, while her laughter still licks the salty abyss. And to prove the solely myths crumble from the Child, she strikes once more.

However, I refuse to allow such refusal to my reign to exist within the boundaries of my kingdom. If I am to rule without any doubt that I am the one true Queen then there cannot even be the smallest stirring of resistance. I am stronger than the serpent Snow. Braver than the victors who have come before me. Panem has never known the likes of a girl like myself, a girl ready to feast in the folly of her bloody rage.

The confidence that radiates from the Petite thing is truly glorious, in a ‘pinch it’s cheek, it thinks it’s strong’ kinda way. A grin enhances across Amethyst’s lips, creasing into her cheeks - even as she can taste the unforgiving death closing in on her near future. “As we all have been since birth.” She decides to grace the Youngster with wisdom of advice. Her battle has not ended. Even if it may be decided, she raises her claws once more.
