Word travels swiftly around Panem and its all buzzing about Panem's Got Talent. Judges Ionia Hemishift and Layla Locke will be travelling to all 12 Districts in Panem where they will select one act from each District to compete in the Live Shows in the Capitol. What does the winner get? Not only does the winner receive a large chunk of cash but also them and their family are moved out of their District and registered as citizens of the Capitol! This is Panem's Got Talent!
So how does this all work? Pretty simple actually! Each type of act will be given certain rolls. For example dancers will have to perform three easy combinations with a set dice roll, two medium combinations with a set dice roll, and one hard combination with a set dice roll. These rolls will be altered depending on the act. Do you have to make posts for all these rolls? Not at all! Just write out one post in the audition thread when its posted describing in detail the entire act. For example if a dancer is performing don't just say they do an easy combination, be creative and make up a combination like a cart wheel. Once done then add all the rolls at the end and let the dice go. At the end your dice will be added up for a total score out of the maximum you could have gotten. HOWEVER, the dice alone do not decide who advances to the Live Shows. In the end the judges pick which act moves on, they will do this by not only judging your dice roll but also by reading your act and judging it. For example a dancer and a singer both have very close rolls, but the dancer wrote out such an interesting performance where the singer chose a dull song, the dancer advances. Basically its all up to dice and fate!
To sign up fill out this form! Please note the characters do not have to be officially created for the Auditions but should they advance to the live shows then they must have bios by the start of the live shows. Good luck!
Ps: You may have as many participants as you wish but only one per performance category per district.
