Current Information

It is currently July within the restrictions of Panem. All over the districts summer winds from the brutal heat of the midyear makes living rather hard for just about anyone. However the needed supplies by the Capitol only seem to be rising along with the rising temperature.

On the start of the second Day any Runner in a District that still has both Runners alive will come across a skull necklace with shining ruby eyes. Upon closer inspection there is a shining name engraved onto the skull, the Runner's living District Partner's.

When a District Partner dies the eyes and engraving will go dark and stop shining.
