As the night of the Feast wavers on suddenly familiar phantom figures appear before the Runners. Most expect the anthem to be playing but no music comes. The silent spiritual visitors approach each Runner and present them with a gift. However for those they detect certain items on they swiftly snatch them before vanishing back into the shifting shadows.
So to explain, figures of the dead Runners(you may pick who) visit your Runners and present them with armor but if your Runner has any jars of tar/poison they steal them as well.
